We offer flat rate pricing for all events, regardless of the day or the guest count, to make our venue more accessible for couples no matter the budget they're working with.
We proudly offer a 10% discount for all active and retired military, firefighters, rescue and police.
*this is limited to the bride, groom and their parents only.
Ample time for setup, event and cleanup:
You will have access to the venue for 12 hours on the day of your wedding (typically this time is from 11 am to 11 pm.) All music must be off at 10 pm, and this allows 1 hour for guests to exit the venue and to remove all personal belongings and decor. This time bracket can be adjusted based on your setup start time and send off time. (Additional time can be booked at the rate of $50 per hour if you need extra time for hair and makeup, or for cleanup.)
1 final meeting 30 days prior to wedding day to select floor plan, order linens, and reserve other add ons, purchase event insurance, finalize vendor list and ensure vendor insurance is on file, and confirm guest count. Your day of venue manager will - ensure that tables and chairs are set up according to the floor plan selected, ensure venue is clean, bathrooms are stocked, gates are open and monitor the venue for 12 hours during time venue is in use.
All weddings include the use of:
2 crystal chandeliers and string lighting in the reception barn
Bridal lace curtains that drape the entry to the reception barn
Bonfire pit with seating for around 20 people
Ceremony area with 8'x8'x8' wooden pergola and plenty of space for up to 200 guests
Reception barn with heated and cooled kitchen space, bridal suite with private restroom, and guest restrooms
Ample refrigerator and freezer space (there is no ice maker on property)
40'x60' open-air reception barn with views of our 75 acre farm pasture
Ample parking for guests
All vendors must be licensed and insured, and proof must be provided before being allowed on property for your event.
Any wedding that plans to serve alcohol must hire the services of one of the bartending companies listed on our preferred vendor list.
All events must purchase event insurance (we will help you with this at your final walk through).
This is a 1 hour service which will begin at time of entry to wedding ceremony, and allowing time for photos after the ceremony is completed. A cinderella carriage topped can be added for $150. Color coordinating flowers are included with every rental.
Pony rides are a perfect way to occupy guests under the age of 12 (or those under 100 pounds) during cocktail hour. This is a 1 hour service.
Set up in pens on the lawn away from the main reception barn, it's the perfect farm life entertainment for guests of all ages. The petting zoo is available from the end of ceremony through the introductions to your reception (usually 1 hour and 15 minutes)
If you need to leave decor or personal items overnight and return the next day to pick them up, we're happy to accommodate for an additional fee. Must be booked in advance.
Even though we provide ample parking for your guests, sometimes having someone directing the parking just gives it that extra special touch. (Valet services can be discussed and pricing is based on guest count)
All weddings booked receive 1 hour for a rehearsal walk-through. However, if you'd like to host your rehearsal dinner at the venue, you may book the space at the rate of $300 per hour. (Please note you are fully responsible for the setup and clean up of your rehearsal dinner in preparation for your wedding the following day)
